To Agbor, it took hard work, time, diligence and enormous financial resources to package Land of Shadows. "It was really challenging but I'm glad the movie is ready for consumption". The young film maker also told us last evening that he was expecting Cameroonians to rally behind this newborn baby and give it the necessary support. The premiere will be cheered by the Minister of Culture Ama Tutu Muna with the Nigerian Ambassador to Cameroon as chief launcher. CRTV's GM Amadou Vamoulke will be guest of honour .Members of Government and Diplomats are also expected to be at the Hilton for the event that begins at 7:00 pm. Land of Shadows was shot in Bafut in the second quarter of this year. It is another Cameroon-Nigeria joint production featuring Jim Iyke, Zack Orji, Quinta Eyong, Solange Yijika, Solange Ojong. It is directed by Zack Orji with Neba Lawrence as assistant director. |
