Candle


Candle
Let me be your candle
To carry your flame
And light your heart
I am thankful in being your candle
By so
I am able to illuminate
I am shielded by my darkness
Freed by the burden of your innocence
Your innocence my saving grace
I burn
Burn to nothing
Only to be remembered
Remembered as a saint
