half heaven__TiptopstarsFor the first time, film lovers in Nigeria, Africa’s biggest film-producing nation, will be thronging down to the cinemas to watch a Cameroonian movie. HALF HEAVEN, directed by Enah Johnscott is earmarked for the big screens as from June 2 this year, according to Check Sense Production officials. The movie will also be watched in cinema halls in Cameroon.

The plan to have the movie feature in cinemas is stitched under the banner Filmone Entertainment. “This could not have been possible without the coaching and guidance of my brother Proxy Buh Melvin and crew,” Carista Asonganyi, HALF HEAVEN producer said. On his part, the movie’s director, Enah Johnson did not shy from expressing his utmost joy of having his work beamed on a wide screen for a foreign film crowd. To him, this is largely thanks to the formidable crew and cast of HALF HEAVEN. “I’m indeed blessed,” Enah pointed out, humbly.

Plotted in two sharply contrasting worlds, HALF HEAVEN is a Christian story that leaves its audience desiring for a prolongation. The movie which is produced by Carista Asonganyi under the banner of Check Sense Production, is shot on locations in Limbe, Cameroon’s coastal settlement. It is directed by Enah Johnscott, starring Syndy Emade, Chidi Mokeme, Seehofer Roland, Malvis Ann Mohvu and Mbeng Lilian.

HALF HEAVEN was premiered in three cities in the United States - Columbus in Ohio, Houston in Texas, and Greenbelt in Maryland.
