Vreezy Ville is fast becoming household, thanks to the exciting talented nature of the young Cameroonian who works assiduously to give the name the befitting statues it has. After Brighten Your Night, the USA-based rapper has emerged again with yet another attention-pulling single – Olopyto. But Olopyto is a completely different project, with its own vision, its own style, its own ramification. “Olopyto is a new creation in which we try to do a mélange of contemporary music and makossa to come out with a captivating genre that easily pricks the consumer’s music taste bud,” Vreezy explained on Afrikka Radio’s African Cocktail recently.

Olopyto is coming along with a new dance its author believes will get Cameroonians in particular and Africans as a whole on their feet. “After long days and sleepless nights, we are ready to make public this genre via an appealing single that will be released officially on Monday December 22, 2013,” he had announced. He announced further: “It’s also coming with a brief video that demonstrates how Olopyto will be danced.”

Olopyto has therefore been launched today. The 3.34-minutes long single, produced by West Don was recorded in the Red Lab Ent studio with the sound engineering input of the indefatigable Hernadez aka Skala. It features singer Kay Zeey. Meanwhile, the dance illustration video accompanying Olopyto is directed by Kem Bumbara and the dance crew is made up of skilful young persons who constitute the New Birth Foundation group.

Born and bred in Kumba in the South West region of Cameroon, Vreezy Ville is an Afro-Pop artist based in the United States. He hit the road of fame when he gave birth to Cameroon Azonto, a new creation that has been received with a lot of excitement by lovers of contemporary music.
